Introduction:
The impact crusher produced by our company adopts new manufacturing technology and unique structure design. The counter attack crusher is named according to the working principle, that is, crushing materials by using the principle of counterattack crushing. It is a crusher equipment which is more fine than jaw crusher. It is mainly used in fine crushing operation in the stone production line and cooperatively crushing with jaw crusher.
The discharge particle size of impact crusher can be adjusted in many ways, such as adjusting the rotor speed, adjusting the gap between impact plate and grinding chamber, etc. The gap adjustment can be done by mechanical or hydraulic adjustment, and the clearance can be adjusted easily by local operation button or transportation control system by using hydraulic adjustment system.
The wear of the plate hammer of the impact crusher only occurs on the side facing the material. When the rotor speed is normal, the feed will fall to the hammer surface (impact surface), and the back and side of the hammer will not be worn. Even the side facing the material has little wear. And the bottom grinding bar is easy to replace. The metal utilization rate of the plate hammer of the impact crusher can be as high as 45% - 48%.
Working pricile:
When impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate with high speed, on the rotor where installed the hammers with hightech raw material.
When the crushed materials get into the impact crusher inner space where the hammers effect, under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously.
And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers effects for being recrushed. The materials from large to small all to be crushed at the impact crusher chamber repeatedly.
The process won't stop till the materials in the impact crusher are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet.
