Working Principle:
The energy-saving ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, driven by gears on the outside, with two bins and lattice type energy-saving ball mill. The material enters into the first bin of the mill by the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. There are stepped or corrugated lining plates in the bin, which are filled with steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force, which brings the steel balls to a certain height and then falls down, which has a heavy impact and grinding effect on the materials. After coarse grinding in the first bin, the material enters the second bin through the single-layer partition plate, which is inlaid with flat lining plate and steel ball inside to grind the material further. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
