Introduct:

Working Principle:
The ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device. The gear driven by the motor directly drives the barrel of the ball mill. The reducer, cylinder and motor are on the same central axis. The material enters the first chamber of the mill evenly through the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. There are stepped or corrugated lining plates in the bin, which contain steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height After falling, the material will be pounded and grinded. After coarse grinding in the first bin, the material enters the second bin through a single-layer partition board, which is inlaid with a flat lining plate and is filled with steel balls to further grind the material. The self-aligning roller bearing is used between the mill journal and the bearing, and the rolling friction between them reduces the resistance and realizes the purpose of energy saving.
