Introduction:
The three ring medium speed superfine grinding machine is mainly used for processing non flammable and explosive brittle materials with medium and low hardness and Mohs hardness ≤ 6, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, carbon black, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum More than 100 kinds of materials, such as alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, pumice and so on, the fine powder particle size can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, and the output can reach 0.6-6.5 tons per hour.

The fineness can be D97≤5μm for one time.
5. Environmentally friendly and clean
The fine is collected by pulse dust collector, silencer is used to reduce the noise.
Working principle:
1. The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main machine through reducer, and numbers of roller which are rolling in the ring,which are driven by dial through plunger.
2. Big material is crushed into small particles by hammer crusher,and then small products enter the storage silo by the elevator,and finally the material is sent to bulk material plate by vibrating feeder and feeding pipe uniformly.
3. The material is scattered to the edge and fallen into the ring rolling,then it is impacted,rolled,grinded and turned into the powder by the ring. The air is sucked into the the machine by high pressure fan, the crushed material is put into the classifier.
4. Coarse materials is returned to grind again by the rotating blade, required fine powder entered the cyclone dust collector and dischareged by the discharge valve ,which is the final product. Airflow with some fine dust is discharged by the fan and silencer.
