Working principle:
The equipment is composed of frame, central shaft, hammer, blade and other main parts. The central shaft rotates at 3900 revolutions per second through the motor. There are four rows of twelve hammers in the main engine, which are arranged in turn from top to bottom. The inner wall is equipped with high manganese tooth lining board. The materials enter the crushing chamber on the top. After the high-speed impact and shear between the hammer head and the liner plate, the materials can reach the required fineness. After being separated by the fineness analyzer, the impurities are taken away with the air flow, and the impurity particles are discharged at the lower discharge port.
