Introduction:
5R series cyan color gypsum raymond mill is suitable for building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, abrasives, mining and other industries. It is suitable for more than 100 kinds of materials, such as barite, limestone, marble, calcite, quartz stone, talc powder, gypsum powder, kaolin, bentonite, borosilicate, quartz sand, manganese ore, chrome ore, corundum, gold powder, Changbai stone, coal gangue, bauxite, silicon carbide, red mud powder, miscellaneous bone, etc .
Materials are crushedne one time feeding powder, fineness can be adjusted between 60-500 mesh. The output and fineness of the equipment are determined according to the characteristics of the materials, excluding the materials with special economy and toughness. The hardness of the material should not be greater than 7.5 and the moisture content should be less than 8%.
Milling roller devices adopt superimposed multistage seal with excellent seal performance. Unique air circulation system with advanced dust remover carries the environmental protection concept through to the end.
Impeller devices with high density and high precision increase more than 50% of finished product yield under the same power.Efficient and energy-saving centrifugal induced draft fans improve the efficiency of induced draft fans greatly. Convenient impeller adjusting devices improve the precision of the finished product.
Working principle:
The structure of 5R raymond mill is composed of main engine, analyzer, pipeline device, blower, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder and electric motor.
After the bulk material is crushed to the required size by jaw crusher, the material is sent to the storage bin by the elevator, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding room of the main machine for grinding by the vibration feeder. The powder after grinding is carried away by the air flow of the fan, and then graded by the analyzer. The powder with the fineness enters into the cyclone collector with the gas flow through the pipeline for separation and collection, and then the powder is discharged The finished powder is discharged from the tube. The airflow enters the blower from the upper return duct of the cyclone collector. The whole air flow system of this machine is closed circulation and circulates under positive and negative pressure.
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the required size of Raymond mill, which is lifted up to the hopper. Secondly, the raw material goes into the grinding chamber through the vibrating feeder at an even rate. Thirdly, the raw material lifted by the shovel is ground into powder between the ring and roller. Fourthly, the powder is blown up to the cyclone collector through the classifier, which will be collected through the discharging valve. The unneeded powder, which cannot go through the classifier, will be reground into the needed powder.

2.Larger range of final fineness. Size of final product is between 0.2mm –0.044mm (40-400mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).

4.Easy to operate. The whole system is combined by some independent systems, and the cohesion between the systems is good.
5.Excellent sealing. The lapping device adopts the multi-stage seal of superimposed type, which has good sealing performance.
