Introduction

Barite Raymond mill is a new generation of pulverizing equipment improved on the basis of traditional Raymond mill. It is a commonly used industrial pulverizing mill. It is suitable for the preparation of various mineral powder and pulverized coal, such as the fine powder processing of raw material ore, gypsum ore, coal and other materials. From the appearance, the barite mill is like a steel container, with air inlet and outlet, and feed inlet in the middle. The shape is similar to the traditional Raymond mill. The rotary center line of Raymond grinding rod is vertical. The motor at the lower part of barite mill drives the internal grinding rod and disc to rotate to crush or grind the materials to be ground. The finished materials are blown up by the air inlet. There is a separator in the upper part of the mill to separate the coarse and fine powders, and then the air through the mill is taken out and collected from the air outlet.

Impeller devices with high density and high precision increase more than 50% of finished product yield under the same power.Efficient and energy-saving centrifugal induced draft fans improve the efficiency of induced draft fans greatly. Convenient impeller adjusting devices improve the precision of the finished product.
Large bulk materials crushed by jaw crusher to the needed size are fed into storage hopper by mine hoist and then fed into grinding chamber of main engine uniformly, quantitatively and continuously by electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding.Grinded materials are blown into separator by blower for classification. With the function of impellers in the separator,materials without meeting the requirements of the fineness are fallen into grinding chamber for grinding again; materials meeting the requirements of the fineness are blown into cyclone powder collector with airflow through pipelines for separation and collection. Powder from discharging device is the finished product. Separated airflow is back to blower through return duct on the top of the cyclone powder collector.

Working principle
1. The whole structure of Raymond Mill machine is mainly including the host, analysis machine, plumbing fixtures and the blower, according to user needs, it can be equipped with crusher, elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electric control cabinet etc.
2. After materials crushed to the desired particle size, enter into the storage hopper by the elevator, and then through vibrating feeder enter into grinding chamber of Raymond mill uniform continuously.
3. Due to the centrifugal force when rotating, the rollers swings outward, pressed on the grinding ring, shovel blade scoop up materials, then sent them between grinding roller and grinding ring, due to the grinding roller roller rolling to achieve crushing purpose.
4. After grinding material, the powder along with the circulating air which made by blower, is brought into the analysis machine for sorting, coarse material will regrind. Qualified powder along with the air enters into finished product cyclone powder collector, then discharge powder tube, that is finished product.
5. In the grinding chamber of Raymond mill, because there are certain moisture in the grinded material, when grinding, it will generate heat, moisture evaporates, and the pipe interface of the whole is not tight, the outside air is drawn into making the circulation pressure increased to ensure that the mill wok under negative pressure. The increased air flow enter into the dust through the duct, at last enter into the atmosphere after purification.
