Working principle of airflow dryer machine:

Operating procedures:
1. After installation, turn on the fan and check whether the fan rotation direction and feeding port suction are normal.
2. Check the flange joints to see if there is air leakage.
3. The cloth bags with opening at both ends are tied at the discharge port of the separator.
4. When the material to be dried is added into the feeding port, large particles must be screened out before drying, which is conducive to improving the drying speed.
5. Fuel is added into the furnace to ignite, and the fan is turned on. When the temperature at the air outlet reaches 150 ℃, the material is cut and dried.
6. Remove the large pieces of material at the slag outlet in time to facilitate feeding.
